Update on the hiring process

Dear brothers and sisters,

This is to inform you that Kelly Aviation (Lockheed Martin) has completed the selection of employees who applied for a position last June.

We met with the company last Tuesday, July 23rd. This meeting was to ensure compliance with the recall list of former Aveos employees, as agreed between the parties in December 2012. The selection of employees was made based on qualifications (jack of all trades) required for the commissioning of Kelly Aviation as well as based on seniority. This first round of hiring will begin the week of August 19th for a period of five weeks.

The determination of qualifications is made from information obtained from Aveos / AC through the “ARTOS” program, for each employee.

Employees who are not contacted in the first hiring waves will remain on the “list of former employees of Aveos” for future consideration against open employment without having to reapply.
