IAMAW Local 2323 has been the steadfast voice for aviation workers in Ontario since its inception in 1968. Representing employees from Air Canada across Toronto, Ottawa, Trenton, and London, as well as those from TBH at Pearson Airport, our union has grown to include over 5,000 active members and approximately 1,500 retirees.
Our foundation is built on a strong democratic approach, a hallmark of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (I.A.M.A.W.). We believe in the power of collective decision-making and encourage all members to actively participate in union meetings, held on the first Tuesday of every month.
To be the leading advocate for aviation workers in Ontario, championing their rights, safety, and well-being.
To offer unparalleled representation for our members, ensuring their voices are heard, their rights protected, and their community strengthened.
Our dedicated team, elected from the membership, is at the heart of everything we do. They oversee the administration of the Local Lodge, ensuring that our operations align with our Constitution and the Local Lodge Bylaws.
Empower your aviation career with Ontario’s leading union. Experience unparalleled representation, benefits, and community support.
