The election for the Technical Operations, Logistics & Supply Shop Committee is scheduled for December 4, 2012, at the Local Lodge, 2580 Drew Road, Mississauga. In the past, Absentee Ballot Request forms had been mailed via Canada Post to eligible employees. Currently there is a new process in place, as per by-law amendment, which you should be aware of.
The Absentee Ballot Request form can now be found on line at https://iamaw2323.ca/on the right hand side of the page. Click on the link
and a .pdf file will be available for print.
The form must be received at least 30 days prior to the election by the Recording Secretary either by CanadaPost, or directly in person by the Recording Secretary only.

We have pre-addressed envelopes, printed forms, and stamps available in the Shop Committee Office. It is important that all members take part in the democratic process. We encourage you to engage the candidates in discussion and make an informed choice at the polling station.
