2026 BARGAINING SURVEY (ROUND ONE) UPDATE
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
The first round of TMOS 2026 Bargaining Surveys has officially wrapped up across all Subcommittees.
We want to thank each and every one of you who took the time to complete a survey and share your thoughts.
Your input matters. It’s your voice that drives the work we do at the table, and we don’t take that lightly.
Here are the final number of survey completion, per Subcommittee:

From here, every Subcommittee will take the information gathered back for careful review. Every comment, every concern, every suggestion will be read and considered as we shape the next steps in this bargaining process.
This is where the groundwork gets laid.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll keep saying it – this round is about Solidarity – The will to fight – The belief that we deserve more.
