We have been working with Data on the Spot to conduct an upcoming online vote. The Canada Labour Code Section 87.3 states that a strike vote must be taken within 60 days of going on strike. Therefore, over the coming weeks we will be taking a strike vote or a strike vote/tentative agreement vote (depending on what happens with the company). We will be in a legal strike position on July 21, 2026. We will need to prepare for this.

The registration period will be from Monday July 6, 2026 at 12:00 Eastern and close Monday July 13, 2026 at 21:00 Eastern. No registrations will be accepted after this deadline. As a note, you cannot register with your Air Canada email. Any registration with that email will be rejected.
