CSA and agents Subcommittee – Update- Jan 28, 2025
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
As per District 140 Bulletin No. 002 (issued Jan 20, 2025) the Subcommittees, composed of over 60 dedicated members representing every department at Air Canada across Canada, delved into the bargaining process, team building, covering essential topics such as proposal development, bargaining strategies, mobilization , and effective communication.
Our primary goal is to mobilize everyone in preparation for the upcoming 2026 negotiations. How will we achieve this?
- By meeting with you, listening to you, understanding your concerns, and relaying the information collected to the negotiation
- By providing continuous knowledge sharing about the negotiation process and the collective bargaining
- And most importantly, by representing each one of you
Armed with the recent knowledge and tools gained from our experience, we are confident in our ability to inform and unite the membership toward a common goal: securing an industry-leading contract for all our members. Together, we can achieve this.
“Together we‘ll get there. Let‘s get it fixed – united for 2026!“
In solidarity,
