SERVICING ASSIGNMENTS
EASTERN REGION – ATLANTIC PROVINCES
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Transportation District 140 has suffered a significant loss of membership and financial revenue due to
the COVID-19 global health pandemic. As a result, Transportation District 140 unfortunately was
faced with temporarily reducing the number of General Chairperson positions within our organization,
per Transportation District 140’s Bylaws, and redistributing the servicing responsibilities.
In addition to Brother Richard Arsenault’s Grand Lodge assignments, he has been assigned, effective
July 1, 2020, to service the members working for Air Canada, Airconsol Aviation, Allied Aviation,
Menzies, Irving Aviation Fueling and Swissport in the Atlantic Provinces.
