AVEOS INFORMATION UPDATE

Paragraph 8 of our Information Update of last December 4th stated the following:
In addition, the Court has ordered that the seven employees who had reached the maximum 100 hours in their overtime bank now receive payment for overtime worked in the last pay period, even if they already received $2,000 or more in the First Payroll Order.
After this update was issued, Aveos learned that the data it had relied on to identify these seven employees and calculate the amount owed to them was incorrect. Aveos has since advised us that it has determined that it cannot make these overtime payments.
Our legal team is following up on this issue. We will keep you informed.
