Attention: All Air Canada IAMAW Members
It has come to our attention that the Company has made errors in their calculation of the 2014 Vacation/GHO Entitlements. We request that each affected member appeal the decision so that we can investigate each case. This is done by sending an email (from your Air Canada email) to email@example.com with “Request for overpayment appeal” written in the subject line. This will generate an emailed response from the Company. We are asking that you then forward that response to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete this process. We also require information from members who were told to take vacation and have now been subsequently affected.
