Due to outdated, lack of, and limited email addresses, earlier today we were compelled to use the company’s email to contact and send the shift survey to our members.
To the members that are affected by this shift survey (Cat 1, 13, 19, and 38) please print and complete the survey as soon as possible and return it to the shop committee.
In order to contact our members quickly, confidentially, and to avoid having to use the company email, we urge you please drop by the shop committee to fill out or update your contact information.
