COMPANY CHANGES TO
THE CURRENT SHIFT TRADE POLICY

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Your Union understands the importance of shift trades and we are scheduled to meet with Air Canada on Monday, February 2, 2015.

The Union is challenging the Company changes to the Shift Trade Policy through the grievance procedure that is outlined in the Collective Agreement.

We understand how frustrating this issue is for you our Members, and if we are unable to come up with a solution shortly we will be reviewing internally as to the next appropriate steps to best represent your concerns.

We understand that local management are well aware how important this issue is to all of you.

We appreciate your continued support and will update you after our meeting next Monday.

In Solidarity,

Boyd Richardson, General Chairperson
Transportation District 140, IAMAW
