Our IAMAW Members in Toronto and Montreal face the loss of their jobs due to “contract flipping”. Air Canada has put their fueling contracts out to tender, and the successful bidders are not IAMAW Certified employers. This means the jobs will be offered at up to $8.00/hour less in wages, and little or no benefits.
