LTD TERMINATION UPDATE
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Transportation District 140’s legal counsel is currently in the process of gathering
relevant facts and preparing for arbitration.
It is expected that the arbitration in regards to the termination of our Members on
Long Term Disability will be scheduled sometime in the early summer of this year
provided that all legal matters regarding the disclosure of information have been
dealt with.
As more information becomes available it will be communicated to the affected
Members.
