Air Canada’s Request for Medical Records

To All Air Canada IAMAW Local Lodge 2323 Members
Dear Sisters & Brothers:
It has come to our attention that Members are being requested to
submit confidential medical files to departments other than
Air Canada’s Occupational Health Services (OHS).
You may be required to provide a doctor’s note, however if asked to
provide substantiated medical or your complete medical file to the
Company, insure for your privacy that you only provide this to Air
Canada’s Medical Department and only that which is prudent medical
to the injury and or illness being discussed.
