LTD TERMINATION
– ARBITRATION UPDATE –
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Transportation District 140’s Legal Counsel is continuing the process of gathering
relevant facts and preparing the LTD Termination grievance for arbitration.
It is expected that an Arbitration Hearing regarding this matter may take place in
the late fall or early winter barring any further setbacks.
As more information becomes available it will be communicated to the affected
Members.
