ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
Sisters & Brothers,
The IAM has begun a national campaign to organize the hard working employees of West Jet.
As you can imagine, an organizing campaign of this magnitude requires countless hours of hard work.
Our entire Organizing Committee, as well as our Officers from across the country has been out in full force trying to
educate the importance and the benefits of belonging to a Union. ln addition to this, we have other very important
campaigns on the horizon. The IAM understands that we need to continue to grow in order to have a successful future.
However, that being said, we will need to grow the Organizing Committee to keep up with this heightened workload.
This is why we are seeking driven, well-spoken and motivated Members of Local Lodge 2323 to join our mission.
Interested Members will be properly trained prior to starting, Once training is completed, remuneration will be given
for the time in which you offer your assistance.
We look forward to having you on the team.
