Further to Bulletin #48 issued on October 30, 2018, the Executive Board of Transportation
District 140 has appointed Derrick Bashford as the National EAP Coordinator. This appointment
commences January 1, 2019, for a four (4) year term.
We wish to congratulate Bro. Bashford on his appointment to this position and know that he is
