NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE – November 13, 2019
Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Further to the last bulletin dated August 23, 2019, your TMOS Bargaining Committees
have been actively preparing for binding arbitration.
Through discussions with Mediator Vince Ready, the parties have agreed to make one
final attempt at mediation. Talks are scheduled for December 12th in Vancouver.
Should mediation prove unsuccessful, rest assured that your negotiations team is
focused and ready for the arbitration process.
Now more than ever we require your support. Let your managers and team leaders
know that we demand respect at the bargaining table, and that we will not accept less
than we deserve!
As we head into the hectic and busy holiday season please remember to follow ALL SOP’s
and work safely.
