Election for Delegates to Attend
I.A.M.A.W. 40th Grand Lodge Convention
San Diego California
A Special Drive Through polling station for the election of the Grand Lodge Delegates will be held on
June 29, 2020 from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm at IAMAW Local Lodge 2323 at 2580 Drew Road Mississauga.
This would enable the Local Lodge to ensure that Social Distancing protocols are respected.
There are to be no more than five (5) members permitted on the premises at one time.
This type of balloting is a precautionary measure for our Member’s health and safety, due to the
pandemic outbreak of COVID-19.
Absentee Ballots:
Any member entitled to receive an absentee ballot must make written request (download request from
our website iamaw2323.ca) indicating one of the acceptable reasons for the request, must include your
Union card number and forward it to the Recording Secretary via Canada Post (Each Absentee Ballot
Request must be sent in an individual envelope). fax (905) 678-0034, email to rs@iamaw2323.ca or
handing it in person to the Recording Secretary.
Absentee ballot request must be received by May 29, 2020 at 4pm.
Grand Lodge Convention Delegates Election

Unfortunately there will not be a polling station in Ottawa and
as such we will be accepting absentee ballot requests from the
membership in Ottawa as per the instructions above.
