Dear Brothers and Sisters:
The Transportation District 140 Executive Board takes the health and wellbeing of our
members seriously. Due to the current COVID-19 health pandemic concerns and with
the provincial restrictions currently in place, the Transportation District 140 Convention
previously scheduled for the month of April 2021 has now been postponed to a date to
be determined.
The Transportation District 140 Executive Board will convene to a meeting in the near
future, in order to discuss the possible dates available to schedule the convention.
PRESIDENT AND DIRECTING GENERAL CHAIRPERSON (PDGC) &
SECRETARY TREASURER (ST) NOMINATION & ELECTION
The nominations and elections for the President and Directing General Chairperson
(PDGC) position & the Secretary Treasurer (ST) position will be conducted by the
“Absentee Ballot” process.
Each individual Local Lodge elected delegate will be informed by “email” as to what the
procedure and process will be for the upcoming nominations and vote.
