PDGC & ST ELECTION RESULTS
Dear Sisters & Brothers,
The election for the President and Directing General Chairperson & the Secretary Treasurer position
of the Transportation District 140 has come to a close. The election tellers have provided the
following results.
The election results for the President and Directing General Chairperson position are as follows.
• Dave Flowers (LL2323) – 98 votes
• Maxime Nicole (LL1751) – 87 votes
• Fred Hospes (LL764) – 71 votes
In accordance with District 140 Bylaw Article 5.10 (b), there is no declared winner of the election for
the President & Directing General Chairperson position. No candidate achieved or exceeded the
required 50% plus 1 threshold of 129 votes. Therefore, a runoff election will be held between Dave
Flowers (LL2323) & Maxime Nicole (LL1751). Ballots will be mailed out to all convention delegates
on Wednesday, May 26, 2021.
The election results for the Secretary Treasurer position are as follows.
• Alfredo Acrobati (LL1751) – 141 votes
• Mike Corrado (LL2413) – 23 votes
• Come Gaudet (LL1751) – 17 votes
• Andrew Macfarlane (LL1763) – 75 votes
In accordance with District 140 Bylaw 5.10 (b), Alfredo Acrobati is declared the winner of the
election for the Secretary Treasurer position having exceeded the 50% plus 1 threshold of 129 votes.

names forth for the nomination and election.
A thank you to Brother Christopher Hiscock, who had overseen the entire nomination and election
process and provided a fair and transparent platform to all delegates and candidates.
