Nominations and Election of Delegates to Attend
I.A.M.A.W. Transportation District Lodge 140
2022 Annual Convention
Ottawa Ontario October 25, 26, and 27, 2022
Please be advised that at the April 5, 2022 General Monthly Membership Meeting,
Local Lodge 2323 will be accepting nominations for Delegates to the District 140 Convention.
The Convention will take place in Ottawa Ontario on October 25, 26 and 27, 2022.
Eligibility:
Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance will be required
to submit their nomination and acceptance in writing to the Recording Secretary
to be read out at the nomination meeting.
They may be mailed, faxed, emailed or handed in person to the Recording Secretary. (rs@iamaw2323.ca)
Members accepting nomination must have attended at least 50% of the Regular Local Lodge Meetings
held during the 12 month period ending the date of the close of nominations that their scheduled shifts,
employee assignments, vacations, verified illness, Local-District-Grand Lodge business shall allow.
Proof of attendance shall consist of signing the register by each member attending
the Regular Local Lodge meetings and said register shall be in the custody of the Recording Secretary.
