The Shop Committee met with manpower managers today regarding the 4X2 shift pattern. This was an idea your shift bid committee thought some people in Cabins might want. As there has been numerous complaints, we spoke to the company today and they agreed that these 4X2 shift would be bid out as 6X3 shifts. Therefore, the shift patterns will change from D1, D2, D3 to A, B and C respectively.
As for no 14:00 starts, we again asked the company today to reconsider and the response was that the flight schedule does not allow these shifts. Please take your concerns to Will Westwick.
