It appears the company is issuing letters to our members with a zeal that is unmatched in recent memory. To protect yourself, follow all SOP’s to the letter. Too often our members feel they are doing the company a favour by rushing and cutting corners. You cannot be disciplined for following the SOP’s, even if that means a flight delay.
