Re: Day of RO
The company has issued a bulletin informing our members of the availability of day of RO. We would advise our members to think long and hard about the ramifications of accepting or asking for day of RO. Who do you think will pick up the slack when people start to leave work early? What do you think the company will do next bid when “X” number of people on a certain shift leave early each day?
Today you’re the one leaving early; tomorrow you’re the one being jammed.
