Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Be advised as per Article 11.03.01 of the Transportation District 140 Bylaws, the Air Canada Designated Western Region British Columbia and Yukon Territory General Chairperson closing date for the “acceptance of nomination” letters was Tuesday, October 03, 2023.
Further to Transportation District 140 Bylaws article 11.01.09, letter (d):
“There shall be one (1) designated Western Region General Chairperson for Air Canada who shall be nominated by and elected by only those members who are employed by Air Canada and whose Local Lodge is located in British Columbia or The Yukon Territory. Members represented by the designated Air Canada General Chairperson shall not be eligible to vote for any other General Chairperson in the Western Region other than the designated AT LARGE General Chairpersons in the Western Region for British Columbia and the Yukon Territory outlined in (c) above.”
There will be elections held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 for the Air Canada Designated Western Region British Columbia and Yukon Territory General Chairperson position. The candidates are listed below in alphabetical order (family name first).
