ELIGIBILITY:
Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance are required to submit their acceptance in writing to the Recording Secretary, by fax 905-678-0034 or hand delivered.
As per Grand Lodge dispensation the 50% requirement for attendance, all absentee balloting and the 60 day notice shall not apply.

August 2, 2011 at the General Membership Meeting, 19:00 hrs.
DATE OF ELECTION:
August 9, 2011. 06:30-21:00 at 2580 Drew Rd. Miss.
