ELIGIBILITY
Members in attendance may accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance are required to submit their acceptance in writing to the recording secretary.
As per Grand Lodge dispensation the 50% requirement for attendance, all absentee balloting and 60 day notice shall not apply.

August 2, 2011 at the General Membership Meeting, 19:00 hrs
DATE OF ELECTION
August 9, 2011 12:00 till 16:00 hrs at the base lunch room
