The Shop Committee has received a number of inquiries concerning the availability of the Overtime Quarterly Report, or to be more precise the lack of availability of this documentation.
All members should be aware that they are in fact entitled to such information and that it must be made available when so requested as per the Local Overtime Rules.

CATEGORIES 1, 13, 14, 33 AND 38
GENERAL
1. f) The Quarterly Overtime Report and associated data will be made available to anyone through a Team Leader or a Shop Steward.
Any member experiencing difficulty while attempting to exercise this right please inform a Shop Steward immediately so we may begin the grievance process.
