TBH SERVICES RATIFICATION VOTE RESULTS
January 21, 2025
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
A ratification vote was held today, January 21, 2025. The result of the vote is as follows:
77% MEMBERS VOTED “YES” AND
23% MEMBERS VOTED “NO”
Congratulations! The membership has voted to accept the Tentative Agreement. We will work to have the CBA updated and ready for distribution in the near future. The Company will be paying out retroactive pay for all hours worked on January 1st to present within the next 30 days.
If there are any questions about the changes to the CBA and/or any of the new provisions please let us know.
We appreciate your patience during this process and for providing us with direction to return to the bargaining table to make further gains. Thank you to all the members that exercised their right to vote.
