TO ALL IAMAW AIR CANADA CLERICAL MEMBERS RATIFICATION VOTE RESULTS
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Your collective agreement was successfully ratified Friday evening with 78.3% vote in
favor of accepting the offer.
I would like to take a moment to thank the membership for its continued support.
Although the last 2 rounds of bargaining were part of the 10-year agreement, the period
in which your bargaining committee ended up negotiating was arguably the most
challenging in aviation history and without your continued support, none of which was
accomplished could have been possible.
As 2026 is right around the corner and the agreement is set to end, your Committee will
need your continued support to negotiate the fair deal you all deserve. We ask that you
keep yourselves up to date with the latest information and that you participate in all your
monthly general meetings in your respective locals.
