Dear Brothers & Sisters,
As announced, the company is going through the layoff process.
The Union has been in talks in an effort to mitigate the layoffs to minimize the number of members affected.
As per Memorandum of Agreement No. 6, the Company and the Union have agreed to explore the D.P.L.P. (Deferred Payment Leave Plan) program and are looking for volunteers who would be interested in participating in the program.
The three options of the plans are:
• 90/10 – needs 10 participants
• 80/20 – needs 5 participants
• 50/50 – needs 2 participants
