NOTICE FIELD AVIATION RATIFICATION VOTE RESULTS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
A ratification vote and strike vote were held today, July 10, 2025. The results are as follows:
Tentative Agreement
10% MEMBERS VOTED “YES”
AND
90% MEMBERS VOTED “NO”
Strike Vote
91% MEMBERS VOTED “YES”
AND
9% MEMBERS VOTED “NO”
The membership has voted overwhelmingly to turn down the tentative agreement as presented and provided your Bargaining Committee with a strong mandate to continue pushing for improvements. A Mediation Meeting has been set up on Monday July 14, 2025, which will take place within the workplace.
