Notice of Nomination & Elections IAM Air Canada TMOS Toronto One (1) Technical Operations Two (2) Airports & Cargo Shop Committee Members
Term of Office is January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028
Nominations will be accepted at the September 02, 2025 Meeting with Election on December 2, 2025.
Eligibility:
Members in attendance will be able to accept nomination. Nominees not in attendance must submit a written acceptance to the Recording Secretary
(rs@iamaw2323.ca ) of the Local prior to the Membership meeting. A candidate must have been a member of an affiliated Lodge for at least six (6) months prior to nominations.
Absentee Ballots and Nominations as per Local Lodge Bylaws (Article IV): Members who reside in outlying districts more than 25 miles/40km (driving distance) from the designated balloting place, members who are either confined because of verified illness or vacation or on official 1AM business, approved by the Local, District or International, or on an employer travel assignment, as the case maybe, may request an absentee ballot form.
Any member entitled to receive an Absentee Ballot may complete in full the 2323 Absentee Request form available from the 2323 website (www .iamaw2323.ca) and also available in the Shop Committee Offices. The member must forward it to the Recording Secretary via Canada Post, email or by handing it in, in person, to the Recording Secretary.
