ATT: All Cabins Members August 18 2025

As we prepare for the upcoming winter bid, the union is committed to ensuring that the scheduling process aligns with the preferences and sentiments of our members. To achieve this, we will be conducting a survey to gather input on preferred scheduling options for 6×3 vs 4×2.

Survey Details: The survey will focus on comparing two potential scheduling models:

• 4 Days On / 2 Days Off
• 6 Days On / 3 Days Off

Your feedback is essential in helping us determine which schedule best meets the needs of our members and supports a balanced work-life dynamic. The results of this survey will directly inform our approach to the winter bids and ensure that we are advocating for a schedule that reflects our members preference.

This will not affect any compression shifts at all and we will continue to advocate for the maximum allowable compression numbers as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

How to Participate: The survey is open on August 23 2025 and will close on September 3 2025. we encourage all members to participate.
