As we continue preparing for upcoming bargaining, we want to showcase the faces and pride of our IAM members across Air Canada who make this airline run every single day.
We’re excited to announce the IAM Union District 140 Air Canada Bargaining Photo Contest!
Here’s how it works:
• Send in a photo of yourself at work, proudly performing your job.
• The photo should clearly reflect your trade, work area, or the vital role you play within Air Canada.
• Make sure your photo is good quality (clear and not blurry).
• Please follow all company cellphone and camera policies when taking your photo.
Prizes:
Two winners will be selected from each Bargaining Subcommittee classification—a total of 20 winners nationwide! Each winner will receive a $50 gift card and an IAM hat, and their photo will be featured on official IAM webpages as part of our bargaining campaign.
Contest Details:
• Open to: All IAM Air Canada members across Canada
• Closes: November 14, 2025
