PREPARATIONS FOR THE UPCOMING ROUND OF BARGAINING
Brothers and Sisters,
This bulletin provides an update on preparations for the upcoming round of bargaining.
In December, our Technical Operations Sub-Committees will finalize proposals and set the agenda for negotiations.
This work will lead into the first quarter of 2026, when the IAM Union will formally serve the employer with our official “Notice to Bargain.”
The employer has a legal obligation to negotiate with the IAM.
In 2026, together, we will achieve an industry-leading Collective Bargaining Agreement.
