IMPORTANT: NEGOTIATIONS UPDATE AND SURVEY
Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiations committee will be heading to our training facilities for bargaining preparation the first week of February. In preparation for setting up the agenda, your committee has set up a survey for the bargaining unit to fill out.
We ask that you take a few moments to fill out the information as this information is key to get exactly what you, the bargaining unit member, wish to see as improvements to your collective agreement. The link is provided below to access the survey and must be completed by February 1st, 2026.
Many of you have voiced your concerns about the importance of getting a fair and equitable contract, especially given the recent economic events. Your Union is fully committed in supporting the bargaining committee to get the contract that you all deserve. We ask that you pay attention to communications from your committee members in the weeks to come.
