AIR CANADA – TMOS, FINANCE & CLERICAL
RE: NOTICE TO BARGAIN
Sisters, Brothers, and Siblings:
As communicated in Bulletin No. 003 dated January 27, 2026, The IAM Union has today officially served Air Canada with the “notice to bargain” on behalf of the TMOS, Finance and Clerical bargaining units.
In accordance with the Canadian Labour Code, Part 1, notice to bargain, Article 49(1), the company and the Union have twenty (20) calendar days to participate in their initial meeting, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
In addition, the IAM informed the company of the Union’s availability during and around this period and are currently waiting on their response.
As soon as the dates are scheduled, we will notify the membership with a follow-up communication.
The IAM and its membership have greatly anticipated this round of bargaining, and are very motivated to have this process begin.
