Negotiations Update Bulletin

Dear Brothers and Sisters:
Your negotiations committee members met this week with Air Canada from October 17 to 21.
During the first three days of the week, the two sub-committees (Airports and Technical Operations) dealt with administrative items that pertained to each of their specific work areas. The rest of the week was spent on global administrative issues. We are seeing measured progress at this time.
We will be meeting with the Company again from November 1 to 8, 2011, to continue dealing with all outstanding administrative issues.
