A message from your president

Greetings,

Welcome to the International Association of Machinists, or IAM for short. This is YOUR Union and I hope that you will come to believe, as I do, that it is the best Union in North America.

The Machinist Union is 50,000 strong in Canada and has more than a century of experience and outstanding achievement in meeting the challenges of employee representation in the workplace.

The entire IAM team is committed to you with fair and equal representation. Our goal is to make your life and your family’s lives better with leading industry contracts.

I urge you to become active in Local 2323, attend meetings, and fully share in the decisions which affect your life on the job and in your community. Please review our welcome package and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

I look forward to getting to know you and thank you for becoming part of the IAM family.

In Solidarity,
Vick Seebalak — President, Local 2323
