The results are in, and the membership has voted to ratify the new Clerical Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The agreement was approved by 89.7% of participating members. On behalf of the Bargaining Committee, District 140, and The IAM Union Leadership, thank you to every member who took the time to review the package, attend the information session, ask questions, and most importantly, participate in the democratic process by casting a vote.
This round of bargaining was driven by the priorities identified by the membership.
The result is an agreement that delivers significant gains and improvements while recognizing the important work performed by our Clerical members.
