We have notified the company of our intent to bargain to renew the collective agreement.
As per Article 5.01 (a) of our collective agreement, the negotiations committee will be comprised of three (3) members,
one of whom is the Chief Steward.
We will accept nominations for two additional members until Friday, January 13, 2012 at 17:00 hrs.
If more than two (2) additional members are nominated , an election will be held.
