The Aveos CCAA Process
Payroll Payment Order
As we previously told you, a Court order was issued on April 5, 2012, dealing with the payment of wages owing to Aveos employees in relation to work performed before Aveos filed for protection under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”).
