Trustee Position -Local Lodge 2323
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
An Election will be held September 04, 2012 for the position of Trustee of Local 2323. The term of office for this elected position will be the remainder of the term through to December 31, 2013.
The following names will appear on the ballot:

Voting Hours: 06:30 to 21:00 hrs.
Absentee Ballots: Any member entitled to receive an absentee ballot must make a written request stating the reason (Section 4. Paragraph “a”) in the Local 2323 Bylaws and forward it to the Recording Secretary via Canada Post or by handing in person .Absentee ballot requests must be received by August 24th, 20 12 at the latest via mail or in person. Absentee ballot request forms are available on the Local Lodge website and from your shop committee offices. Ballots must be received no later than September 4th, 2012. Ballots received after the September 4th deadline will not be accepted.
At the polling station, a valid union card must be presented or a ballot will not be issued.
