Arbitrator Teplitsky’s Award required publication on the Union’s website of a list of those entitled to receive a package under Order 9996-U of the Canada Industrial Relations Board. The Award also set a 30-day period from the date of publication of the list for a grievance to be filed through the Union. The list is now available on our website at www.iam140.ca, under the Aveos Updates section. It has been compiled based on the information currently available from the employers.
