NOTICE
TO: ALL MEMBERS OF I.A.M.A.W. LOCAL LODGE 2323
Dispensation has been granted from the Canadian Grand Lodge to move the final reading and vote of the 2013 bylaw proposals from the membership meeting of April 02, 2013 to May 07, 2013.
Due to circumstances beyond the Local Lodge’s control, the posting of the proposals were delayed and in effect not allowing adequate time for the membership to review the proposals.
The bylaw amendment proposals will be reread without discussion at the April 02, 2013 meeting. This is in accordance with Section 3 (b) and (c) of Local Lodge 2323 Bylaws.
Final reading and vote will follow on May 07, 2013.
