Dear Brothers and Sisters:

A third level meeting was held Friday, September 7th with Air Canada Labor Relations to address a multitude of
grievances. In attendance along with myself was Brother Paul Lefebvre (General Chairperson for the central
region), Brothers Dave Griffitts and Martin Piette (Airports Shop Committee) and Brother Dave Clark (Shop
Steward for Stores). With their collaboration, we were able to settle several cases ranging from scope work
violations, improper forced overtime grievances and more. The settled grievance numbers are:

The affected members will be contacted and given an official detailed correspondence of the settlements

outstanding grievances from Air Canada’s Labor Relations Department. If your grievance is listed and you
have not received a letter by October 5, 2018, we ask that you contact the District to update your mailing
information, so we can send you your settlement.

In Solidarity,

Guillaume Lingat
