AIR CANADA-TMOS NEGOTIATION UPDATE

TO ALL IAMAW MEMBERS AIR CANADA – TMOS NEGOTIATION UPDATE

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Your 2022 Negotiations Committee convened in Toronto from May 30th to June 10th. The first week of meetings were internal and resulted in both the Customer Service and TechOps Committees finalizing their individual and common agendas.

The Committee and Air Canada exchanged agendas and engaged in lengthy discussions on a wide variety of issues. Though, still very early in the process of bargaining, some common ground has been found and constructive dialogue ensued.

We shall reconvene with the Company for a further two (2) weeks of bargaining at the end of June. No dates beyond that have yet been confirmed.

We thank you for your continued support and patience through what is often a long and arduous process.

In solidarity,
