AIR CANADA VACCINE POLICY GRIEVANCE UPDATE
Dear Sisters and Brothers,
Further to Bulletin No. 035 dated October 12, 2022, District Lodge 140 advised our members that we will provide further information as to when the next dates the National Vaccine Policy Arbitration will be held, once all parties have confirmed their availability.
Please be advised that Arbitrator Ready has offered the Union and the Company two (2) dates, which both parties and our legal teams have agreed to. The next date that the National Vaccine Policy Grievance Arbitration will be heard is Monday, December 12, 2022 and Tuesday, December 20, 2022.
Once again, the Union thanks you all for your patience and support. As more information becomes available, it will be communicated promptly to the membership.
